The Calm kit by Katie Carey

Our P5 pupils have really enjoyed their time with Katie Carey from 'The Calm Kit'. The children took part in lots of fun activities including art, yoga, team building exercises and mindfulness exercises to support their emotional well being. The children had lots of opportunities to express themselves and relax in a nurturing environment.
