Yesterday, Primary 5 welcomed Jessica and Rachel from the Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke Association, to St. Mary’s Cabragh. They came to do the first in a series of 3 Chester’s Challenge workshops.
Chester's Challenge is a fun, interactive, health promotion and education programme. Primary 5 had a great and very interesting morning learning about healthy eating, the Eatwell Guide and packing a healthy lunchbox. Although we were all a little disappointed when we learned how much sugar is in our favourite treats!
We're looking forward to next week already!
