Child Protection- Parent Questionnaire

Dear Parent,

Please see the attached letter regarding our Child Protection and Safeguarding policy. I would be grateful if you could read the policy on the school website. (New families will have received a hard copy). Later this week, I will send out a parent questionnaire via a Google Forms Link. I would be very grateful if you could complete this short questionnaire and submit before Friday. Thank you for your help and support.
