Christmas Fun in P4
The creative side of Christmas in P4, has spanned the traditional drawing, cutting and sticking to the use of photographic images and the dreaded glue gun.
Lots of fun, care and pride was evident from each child whilst creating their own Elf on the Shelf.
The designing, measuring and problem solving needed to keep the elf body in proportion showed an area where planning and checking was important.
Next, the delicate cutting out of parts and the assembly of these parts proved a challenge and required great scissor skill.
Finally, choosing the accessories and 'glitz' to ensure that each Elf oozed uniqueness and showed their personality was brilliant as there were lots of decorations to choose from.
Each child in P4 was time-captured as a magical elf, gorgeous baubles were decorated and finally to add ElfAwareness ( sorry) to these elves, identity passports were created, with Elf names and characteristics noted.
These baubles are sure to be a real keepsake and will provoke many smiles and giggles in coming years.
I hope you enjoy the photos.
