Digestive System- P7 Science Demonstration

Disgusting science demonstration!

Primary 7 really enjoyed learning about the digestive system this week. They did a demonstration to understand what happens to food when it goes into our bodies. They learnt about the jobs of the mouth, teeth (incisors and molars), oesophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine and rectum. They learnt about excretion (in other words - why and how we poo). Yuck! I think it’s one they won’t forget for a while!
