Primary 3 have started their "Down Memory Lane" World Around Us topic. During their lessons the children were given the opportunity to handle artefacts from the past. They were very curious about the different artefacts and this led to great discussions in the classroom!
Handling these artefacts allowed the P3 children to use their senses, develop questioning and problem solving skills and strengthen their understanding of what life was like in the past.
The children are very excited to continue the topic “Down memory lane” this term and are looking forward to their trip to Palace Stables in Armagh this week!
