Into Film Competition
The Film Education Charity 'Into Film' have launched "Nature in Your Neighbourhood", a new filmmaking competition that calls on young people aged 5-19 to make a live action or animated short film about the nature in their garden.
This is a chance for your child to channel their inner Sir David Attenborough and be in with a chance of winning some prizes. The winner will receive a filmmaking bundle worth £300 and two runners up will get their hands on a year's subscription to Netflix.
Entries will be open until Friday 19th June.
This is a great opportunity for the children to showcase their creativity and use their outdoor time during lockdown to explore their neighbourhood, park or garden. Film can be a great way of engaging the children in the school curriculum.
For more information on how to enter "Nature in Your Neighbourhood" head to the Into Film website: www.intofilm.org
We would love to see some of your short films. Please forward them to lquinn460@c2kni.net and we can celebrate your creativity on the school website.
Good luck boys and girls!
