P1 had SNOW much fun today!
Today in Primary 1, we had lots of fun! We found a letter from Jack Frost, who accidentally froze some of our toys while spreading frost, snow and ice over our playground last night. Everyone was excited to help! As a class, we discussed how we could melt the ice and set the toys free. We thought about different materials and took turns pouring salt, sugar, water and warm water over the toys. It was interesting to see which worked best and we discovered that warm water melted the ice the fastest. To help break the ice even more, we used hammers, making it easier to free the toys. When we finally set them loose, we were so happy! After our hard work, we went outside to play in the snow. Today was SNOW much fun!
