The Primary One children were delighted to receive their gift from the Education Authority's Library Service and BookTrust NI. The children received a Time To Read pack containing the book 'The Runaway Pea' and some tips and advice for parents and carers on how to make the most of the book and get their children excited about reading.
Research shows that children who read for pleasure will do better at school.
The Runaway Pea is a fun book to read with lots of opportunities to be silly together and make reading fun.
