P1's heartfelt lesson in self-love

In P1, we celebrated Kids’ Mental Health Week by learning how important it is to love ourselves! We had wonderful discussions about what makes each of us special. Everyone shared unique qualities that make them who they are. To remember this, we made bright heart prints for Valentine's Day. Inside our hearts, we wrote inspiring words of affirmation like “I am kind” and “I am brave”. It was amazing to see how much love we have for ourselves! Well done, P1. We had a LOVEly time making these.
