P3 Forest School Trip to Knockmany

Today, Primary 3 had their first ever ‘Forest School’ experience at Knockmany forest. Forests schools are a child-centred learning place with a hands-on experience of the natural environment. The children loved to learn about local wildlife and the habitats within the forest. They also had the opportunity to create tree pictures and create a giant nest in which all the children could fit inside. What a fantastic day enjoyed by all. Please see the photos below!
