P3 Remote Learning

Primary 3 have been working so hard at home and have enjoyed completing a wide range of engaging activities! The children have been looking at the work of Artist, Chris Haughton and have produced some amazing pieces of Collage Art! The collage characters the children created were fantastic! The children have also been learning about money in Maths and using coins to make different amounts. They have been playing Snakes and Ladders and reinforcing their understanding of numbers to 100.

The children have particularly enjoyed the Snake topic! They have been reading non-fiction texts about Snakes and have completed related comprehension activities. Their favourite activity however, was definitely watching the video about Vera the snake and how she sheds her skin! The children went on to produce some outstanding pieces of Snake art work. Well done boys and girls! Mrs Poacher was delighted to see your fantastic art work and is so proud of how hard you are all working at home!
