P4 Explore Measure

P4 have been busy exploring measure this week. We have been estimating the length of items in the playground. Then we had to measure using our metre sticks, to see if they were more or less than one metre. 

We also explored weight. We got to use 1kg, 500g, 200g, 100g, and 50g weights to weigh classroom items and we used balancing scales to try and discover the weight of certain items.

We had so much fun during our practical lessons in maths!
