P6 - instructional writing

We managed to squeeze in another 'Big Write' before the end of term in P6. We had such fun making salt dough decorations for our Christmas tree, that we decided to write a set of instructions on how to do this so other children in the school could enjoy this activity too.

First though, we had to follow a set of instructions to familarise ourselves with the genre of writing - we each made delicious snowmen (and got to eat the finished product!)

A short, but very sweet genre of writing for us.
