The Shining Stars of P3 and P4 dazzled the audience with their animated performance of "Prickly Hay" at our Christmas Concert last night!
The Prickly Hay story focusses on Sam, a hardworking young stable boy in Bethlehem, who tried to keep the stable clean and the hay fresh for all the animals - a very smelly job! No-one seemed to notice his hard work other than his faithful friend Mouse who tries to keep his spirits up. But happily, Sam realises his true worth when some very important visitors come to stop at the stable!
A toe tapping selection of roof raising tunes entertained our school community and family and friends, and put everyone in the Christmas mood. The acting, singing, and DANCING were all brilliant and the children played their parts so well!
Thank you P3 & P4 for bringing the Nativity story to life for everyone in the audience! A fabulous performance by some rising stars! We are so proud of you all!
A special word of thanks to our outstanding Key Stage One staff who prepared the children so well, and helped to bring smiles to so many faces!
