Primary 7 Remote Learning
The children in Cabragh have been working exceptionally hard throughout the first month of remote learning. They have been partaking in a wide range of activities both on and off the computer screen and sending in work on a daily basis.
In Primary 7, some of their numeracy work has included learning about angles and triangles and reading and understanding a range of timetables. In literacy, the children have been working hard on apostrophes – it’s a tricky concept!! They have thoroughly enjoyed reading the novel ‘A Christmas Carol’ and finding out all about Ebenezer Scrooge. Primary 7 also learnt about dissolving through an at-home science experiment and were able to jot down their discoveries and findings on which substances were soluble or insoluble. They made a start on their new topic of ‘Hunger’ and are looking forward to continuing this topic in the weeks ahead.
Well done boys and girls! Miss Scullion is very proud of each one of you and the amazing work you are sending her every day.
