Our Head Boy Tommy and Head Girl Chloe were delighted to present Mrs Poacher with a cheque for £450. We wish Mrs Poacher well as she embarks on her ‘Camino Walk’ in May to raise vital funds for the Southern Area Hospice!
Southern Area Hospice Services provide the highest standard of specialist palliative care to individuals with complex life-limiting conditions, irrespective of their condition or place of care. The services are available to patients who live within the Southern Health Board region.
