Today Sascha Hughes, Liane Mulgrew and Miss Hughes came to visit St Mary’s and talked to the children about their trip to Mulenga, Zambia with St. Ciaran's Peregrini.
Last year Miss Canavan made the trip with St Ciaran’s and this year Mr Morrow made this life changing trip to Zambia with St Ciaran’s and witnessed the incredible work done by Fr PJ Gormley, through his endless achievements in bettering the lives of the people of Mulenga.
Today, the children in St Mary’s were shown what daily life was like in Zambia as well as where the money they kindly donated went to.
The children really enjoyed the presentation and Sascha and Liane answered lots of their questions.
