St Mary's Carol Service- Parent Information

Dear Parent/Guardian,

The Christmas Carol Service takes place in the Church of the Assumption, Tullyallen, on Thursday night (12th December). The service will begin at 7:00 pm sharp.

• P.7 children will need to be in the chapel at 6.30 pm sharp.
• P5 and P6 children should be seated in the chapel at 6.40 pm sharp.
• P1, P2, P3 and P4 children should be seated in the chapel at 6.50 pm sharp.

Please ensure that your children go to the toilet immediately before leaving home.
You should bring your child to their teacher at the front of the chapel where they will be seated with their class.
Children may wear their own clothes. (A Christmas jumper/top or Christmas coloured clothes.)
We kindly request that the children do not wear large Christmas themed headbands (Reindeer antlers, Santa hats etc) so that they do not block the faces of other children.

The chapel will be very warm on Thursday night so please take your child’s coat off before they go to their seat at the front of the chapel.

We look forward to seeing you on Thursday night and hope you all have an enjoyable evening. At the end of the Carol Service parents may make their way to the front of the chapel to collect their children.
