As part of our PDMU curriculum we were delighted to welcome the "Love for Life" team into school to deliver the "Treasured" programme to our Primary 1 and Primary 2 pupils.
Treasured is an exciting and interactive adventure story for P1 & P2 pupils that is full of inspiring content to show them that they themselves are the best treasure!
The children explored how unique and valuable they are, learned about the people in their community who can help them, and thought through how to greet others appropriately.
Through fun activities and stories, they explored how to keep friendships going (even when friends fall out) and discovered that their bodies are amazing and deserve to be looked after.
The workshop helped the children to wonder at how amazing and unique they are, to value and appreciate the people around them, to recognise and manage their feelings and emotions, and to understand the importance of keeping healthy and staying safe.
