There was lots of excitement in St. Mary's on Friday! Our wonderful P7 teacher, Mr Dermot Morrow got married in St Malachy’s Church, Ballymacilroy, Ballygawley.
On his way to the chapel, Mr Morrow made a detour onto the Whites Road and called into St Mary’s to surprise the children and say hello!
The P3 class were practising for their Florence Nightingale Assembly when Mr Morrow and his Best Men popped their heads around the corner. The children cheered with delight and laughed when Mr Morrow walked onto the stage and sat in Queen Victoria’s throne!!
Mr Morrow looked very dapper in his tuxedo and was the picture of happiness!
He took time to say hello to the boys and girls and had his photograph taken with staff and pupils.
Wishing Mr Morrow and Bronagh all the love and happiness in the world. Many congratulations on your marriage!
